Right, well. Here I was chugging on the road to finishing the third chapter of Not So Ordinary Day when I was derailed into exploring a new direction for the fic. Which, of course, meant that the work I'd done up to that point was going to go into the waste bin. So anyway, I figured if I was going to do that, I may as well go and post it up here

So this is what you were planning to use, but then came up with something new and threw it out? Well if it's better than this I can't wait, I just wish I could see what else was gonna happen. I really want to see your next update cause the waiting is killing me!

That would be correct. Now, I can't guarantee that it'll be BETTER than that, but it'll have a bit more coherence in terms of the flow of the story as a whole with the re-write. I wanted to regain some focus with the story because the path I was walking down was going to see a chaotic mess as too many characters would be coming in and out of the story.

A rough breakdown of my master plan:

Chapter 1 introduced "the event" that gets talked about amongst a select few of Konoha.

Chapter 2 showed us the different characters involved. Neji, Kiba, Sakura, Hinata, and Naruto being the main players of the bunch. With them comes support characters that help enhance them, but for the most part it's all on those five.

The subsequent chapters try to shine some light on them, one at a time.

Chapter 3 -- the one I'm working on right now, for example, is currently focused on Kiba, his clan, and the relationships/interactions that occur after the revelation of "the event" from Chapter 1.

Chapter 4 might be Neji-centeric.

I see. Well it's nice to know your thinking hard about this, I just hope you don't exclude your brand of humor, it's pretty funny in a not over the top way. I don't think I said to "Update Damn You" exactly, I just said I've been waiting for months, and you've got something great. Along those lines. Well I'm looking forward to your next update. Later.
