While searching for extra serving dishes for the impending Thanksgiving hoe-down at the huge Salvation Army on 46th Street, I came across a brand new Narciso Rodriguez top with no tag. The cashier let me have it for $3.99. Woot!

It's right between 10th and 11th Avenues, but closer to 10th. It's very hit or miss, but occasionally you can find something good.

In D.C. we tried to get tickets to see the new panda baby, but they were sold out. Frank is addicted to the panda cam on the National Zoo website.
