If done by a person (sorry, you're a teacher and thus a target) they could have used proxies to make it look like they were from the other side of the world. Just curious, are you running your own email or is it a web based service. Also, what operating system are you using?

This sounds like exactly the type of information that a hacker might find useful. Would it be a good idea to reveal it here?

That happened to me earlier in the year. I wasn't clever enough to see my history though.

I had a message on my screen telling me that it suspected some dodgy activity on my account and giving me a link to check the login history of the account. I wouldn't have known how to do it otherwise.
