So you are saying if something doesn't work, just skip the troubleshooting step and go for a lawsuit? Anyway, the glitches have been blown out of proportion somewhat. Not as many people have had problems as previously thought, and it looks like Microsoft has been quick to address any problems free of charge. People should know that there are risks associated with any new product on the marketplace, and a lot of times with game consoles, the less buggy ones are made during the later rounds of production.
If you buy a system for 400 dollars, get home, get super giddy.. plug it in... and nothing, then that's that. You call up the store, tell them what happend, and more then likley they will say "Ok bring it back and we'll give you a new one, we've had many reports that the system was buggy... blah blah blah"
To SUE them is just so completley absurd, and goes to show how obsessed some of us are over our video games!
If you got a sandwich with no meat on it, would you call up the deli, bitch at them, and then sue them? Or would you just go up and say "Could i please have some meat on this?" And all would be better.
People are so damn sue happy nowadays it's completley out of control. The sad part?
