I bought a CD/radio alarm clock back in November, then found out my mom was buying me one for Christmas and took it back. The one that my mom got me makes this awful hissing noise when it plays CDs. But waking up to Tilly and the Wall or They Might be Giants makes me infinitely happier than "TURN YOUR KNOB TO BOB! 105.5 BOB F! M!"

My clock radio does not play CDs. JJJ all the way!

But on the other hand this one has lasted me... forever... I reckon I got it in the early nineties... *shock* it is quite yellowed as old white plastic can get. Go-go classic Sony.
