We spoke briefly before about other chances to hire the palace for an evening or an event. I think I've an event, if you've still the palace to let.
Better still, the palace does have gardens, of course. I wonder if those could be hired for an afternoon and an evening.

I hope this doesn't seem too forward, but I recall a mention on the Network that the Blue Light might be hosting dancing and dancing lessons.
Would you object to teaching a few lessons not at the Blue Light but at a party? I think there's going to be one quite soon for someone who's rather fond of dancing. So, of course, we'll need music and everything else.
I know it's not quite your usual sort of affair, but do send me word if I can hire you for such a service.

I may be offering up the services of the cafe for a party, though the details remain to be seen. It may only be afternoon tea--with dancing, which makes it more of a party.

Princess Rosella made a mention yesterday, I think it was, about wanting to plan a party. Now I happen to know perfectly well that it isn't any ordinary party or a celebration of spring or any other sort of party, though she might claim that it will be. As it happens, March the 21st is her birthday and she intends to have a birthday party.
She's more capable of planning a party than she thinks, but it's somehow less pleasant to plan one's own birthday party. A surprise or two might be more exciting. As such, although she doesn't know it yet, her acquaintances and I will be taking over that planning as much as we can. And if you are acquainted with her, I do, indeed, mean for you to lend a hand.
We shall need to know what she's planning, what sort of decorations she intends to have, or if she's ordered, for example, flowers from a particular shop or a cake from another. And whatever she does, we will have to do better.
Send me word here if you've an offer of help--and do try to keep it a secret, if that is at all possible. For my part, I'll negotiate communications between us and try to organise these plans. Riff, of course, will help me in that regard. If we do it carefully, I think we might be able to plan her party for her right under her nose without her noticing in the least.
It's a frivolous sort of thing to take on, but given the curses, acquaintances coming and going, and everything else we endure here, I suppose we ought to grab at a little enjoyment when we can.
Send me word if you've some help to give or some information to offer or if you've word of something the princess has already done.
