I hardly think this place is natural. How can it possibly be? The City itself, the buildings and streets, may have been constructed by those who were here before, but the place itself is hardly natural.
Generally speaking, newcomers arrive every two weeks. It's more a bit of trivia than a useful fact.
He has apparently been known to investigate murders. He accused me of murder once, though I think he did it out of boredom, and he's had some interest in a few murders that have occurred in the City.
To think that something like this - a whole dimension - should have been created... whoever did it must truly be god-like. Even though the "deities" don't seem to receive much of a religious treatment - they didn't come up in the recent celebrations at all. But then, those were ones everyone knew from their own homeworld - or didn't.

If you're referring to my recent visit home, since it was hardly more than a visit, there are any number of people who have stumbled out of the City and been dropped back in.
