OOC: Memory (004)
He was sitting on something soft, and he opened his eyes and shook his head. There was something warm around him on both sides, and the only light in the room was from the TV. A DVD menu was on the screen, and the blinked his sore eyes against it. "The Pink Princess" it proclaimed, in bright pink lettering.
He moved then, moving a nearly-empty popcorn bowl from his lap onto the clean carpet of the floor and stretching aching muscles. Something shifted next to him, and he looked down at a young, brown-haired girl. He could feel himself smile, and he stood, letting her fall onto the sofa before he belt down and picked her up. She shifted sightly against him, and he held her close. He looked down at her, her dark lashes closed against her cheeks, and he could feel himself smile again.
He walked back into the darkness of the apartment, pushing open a door and laying her down in a bed next to another girl- one he had seen before. Her hair was black, and messy across the pillow. She opened her eyes and smiled at him, putting her arm across the smaller girl and pulling her close before she closed her eyes again.
He stood there for a few seconds before he turned, padding from the room and closing the door behind him.
