When: After getting thrown out of Alchemy's home
Roscoe was dazed and exhausted at Alchemy's, but not thrilled to see Alchemy either -- he still well recalls being turned to stone, and is holding a grudge over it. If he'd had his powers, he might have attacked him, tired or not.
But he didn't have his powers, couldn't do anything about his grudge, and soon mostly zoned out for a while. The next thing he's aware of, he's being dragged back to Rock Bottom -- which is not his home anymore.
Though his mind is hazy, he's angry at being dumped here. It reminds him of everything that went wrong before he left, of where Lisa dumped him and his failed attempt to woo Pat, of how the other Rogues don't want him around. He sits up quickly in bed, tremors almost violent.
"To hell with this."
