well a long while ago there was a popular trend by one of our not so popular presidentsto shut down all state run mental institutions to save money (one of the main reasons there are so many "crazy" homeless people in our city's streets now a days) and norwich was just one of those cases...the state still owns the property but doesn't have anything to do with it so it sits abandoned...and thank you once again for the compliments! its great to hear from people in these regards.

yea i worked night shift at price chopper last summer so thats what that whole series is kinda about...more disdain in it than love, but i guess they can both mesh into one sometimes! thanks alot!
