So this week I had a mandatory training on Valeo process stuff. These things are always somewhat annoying but y'know, these things always are. The part that really put it over the top for me was the fetishization of Japanese corporate culture

ugh, i had to deal with those nitwits a few years ago too only they called it Kaisan.

Oh yeah, we got the Kaisan too.

Four days of training and all I actually learned was how the project flow stuff really works which I honestly could have learned from the poster I walk by every day if I gave that much of a damn.

Ah well. I got paid.
