I make 'em with buckwheat mix and add blueberries. I found a syrup made with honey that tastes great.

I, too, enjoy the combination of honey and real pancake syrup, especially if it's been properly warmed.

I enjoy crisp, thickly-cut bacon with my pancakes. I let just a little bit of syrup get on them, and they go down really well. I'm okay with sausage, too, but they gotta be link sausages.
