Tried to find a replacement power adapter for my sister's laptop. Found one at Amazon. Placed order with Amazon.

Now, I understand that Amazon is often a link from other resellers but I had no idea how many layers there could be.
When I couldn't find my order at Amazon I got a bit concerned and emailed them. They couldn't find

I bought something on Amazon this morning. I wish I had read this posting before that.

You'll probably be fine. My item might be fine but had I done a bit more looking around I'd have probably called the vendor or emailed to check on the specs of the part I was requesting.
