Damn this week blew so damn hard. It really was one non-stop kick to the ballzack from start to finish. Starting with taking (and subsequently failing) a Spanish test on my birthday... and I studied my ASS off for that test, but the teacher decided that we were so damn smart that we didn’t need the whole class period to finish it, so she shaved off

I'm aware, but my emotions and my rational mind don't always skip through the fields side by side holding hands. Every now and then, one slaps (or rather, sucker punches) the other and runs away.

not that I exactly believe in astrology but maybe it was a tough week for all scorpios.. i feel ya buddy. and i also don't particulary like leaving messages on phones. makes me feel vulnerable or something of the sort.

Yeah. Vulnerabilty. That's a good way to describe it. The worst is when you don't know the person that well, so you wonder if they got the message and you wonder if or when you should try calling again. If it's too close to the first message then they start to think you're a psycho and you DON'T want them to think you're a psycho, but you don't want to call them to tell them that because you will probably end up leaving another message and if you do it anyway then they're CONVINCED your a psycho... This is why I don't like talking on the phone and if I do (and leave a message) I will never call a second time because I... am a lousy message-leaver. I sound like a total idiot over the phone; but it makes for a mildly entertaining little comedy routine, eh?

I dunno. I listen to a lot of comics and I don't remember ever hearing a routine about phone messages. The name kinda sounds familiar though.
