I understand. Not everyone gets into it. I have just been a fan of the show since I was a kid and find the updated version with it's "lonely hero" angst to rock much.

...and I got no problem with the label of Nerd. Nerds rule, dude. Look at Bill Gates. It doesn't get nerdier than him and he's one of the richest guys on the planet and married to hot wife (granted that last part doesn't interest me, but it's bragging rights with the straight boys for sure). : )

There are a lot of rumors flying about that special. Some of them seem totally out there.

No kidding! I read some pretty funny speculation about Rose and Martha...most of it obviously speculation. There have been a couple of cast announcements, though.

Funny thing was...when it was rumored the Kylie Minogue would be making an appearance I assumed that was just rumor. Then she ended up actually being on the show. Only downer was that I wouldn't have minded seeing her character last a little longer but I guess she's a little too high profile for an ongoing guest spot.

I think she has other things she's doing, you know? I can't wait to get a chance to see season 4.

Billie Piper was on the cast of some show about a call girl but her press statements about that show (saying "I was a fat cow in Call Girl..." for example) do not seem to indicate she's coming back...I could ber wrong, though.

Season Four is A W E S O M E !! I had my doubts about Donna after Runaway Bride...all of which were rapidly and powerfully extinguished by that season.
