My job made my head spin more than Linda Blair's this week. it sucked mightily. Oh well no time for bitchin'. My wife got me an IPOD for Christmas this year. As a Midwesterner, I have a weird relationship with those dreadful Midwest bar-bands like REO and Styx and the like (Cheap Trick obviously gets a pass because they're really good). I mean, they SUCK but I feel compelled to defend them because, well, they're from Illinois, and things aren't easy there.

And I love to hear Kevin Cronin sing "Rahdin' the starm oooooooot."

I know man.... I saw Cheap trick open for REO twice! They blew REO off the stage. I just like checkin' in with records I really dug when I was a kid to see how they sound. They rarely sound the same.
