I don't know why, but I think that I connect with the first and third images. The grate/bars and the razor wire. They're evocative of something I can't put a finger on. Whatever it is, it makes me sad, a bit.

i can understand the evocation of sadness... a controlled kinetics in the coils: the implacable laving of shadow over taut corroded strings, a muted gray snaking lonely towards the bright, the exhibitionist grace of barbs stripping themselves away from human boundaries. yes. am i reading too much into this? ^_^
I've had my Cannon S20 for about 4 years now and its solid as a rock (and weighs about the same). its only a 3.3mp, but its crystal sharp. When I can afford to get a 6mp I'll be going for a Cannon too, just very well made.
