Can you run a podcast/net radio type thing using your CD collection ie stuff you don't own the rights to. We were looking into the legal side and all we could find with our limited brainpower was a bunch of stuff on new internet royalties legislation, which made it look impossible. We assume it's legal if you are not attempting to profit from it but...Can someone clear this up for me without me having to abuse office funds and call our solicitors?

I don't fancy your chances. Over here, anything that looks like radio is liable to needle time, ie royalties. Don't know how it works over there.
