my week so far

I went out to dinner with Rachel and her mom Paula on Monday. It was very strange, and yet I really liked her mom. I didn't bring her anything, instead I relied on my charm. It worked out ok. I told silly jokes, I stayed on the offensive and asked questions that I already knew the answers to. Good times. Here is how white bread I am. Rach is jewish, but I guess she doesn't act very "jewish". Rachel's mom on the other hand might as well be Woody Allen. She was that jewish, her mannerisms and everything were exceptionally cute.

So that was Monday. You want more?

Tuesday was the Blue Moon Bakery get together. Noone wanted to call it a christmas party, so instead we just went to Fridays, and proceeded to get exceptionally drunk. Marin told jason MacMahan that she wanted to fuck him, hilarity ensued.

Today was the worst day ever, I woke up late to work and had to take a cab so I could make it in on time, So instead of arriving to work good and awake at 4 am, I arrived in my post sleep haze that is typical of me not walking the mile in 30 degree weather that actually seems to make me start my day off better. I feel like crap all day long, as we are very busy and the new guy Ashbey was most useless, annoying idiot possible. I wanted to go home, but the girl who was supposed to come in at 7.00 never showed, so your favourite ljer misterwaffles gets to work a ten and a half hour shift. By 2 I am so angry and upset, that I just leave, and tell everyone that I am taking tomorrow off. As I am walking home, tired and cranky, I keep my head down, and then I see them. What I always thought of this time of year, except there are 2 of them. They are both smaller than they should be, but the children around them laughing and carrying on definately made up for my day. I got someone to take a pic and hopefully they'll email it to me. There I was, smiling and happy as I could be. My main men, Spider Man and Santa Claus. I guess there was a children's thing going on somewhere and they had hired two guys to dress up, but I have never been so happy to see ol' Kris Kringle and my friendly neighborhood Spidey together in my life. it truly was a holiday miracle.

If I forget to update, I love you all and I hope you have a happy festivus.
