(*g* In my head, Jack rearranges Ianto's cupboards, his bookshelves, his wardrobe, etc. This Annoys Ianto, who, as a sort of defense mechanism against all the things about Torchwood he can't control, likes -needs- to have autonomy over his own space. However, Jack makes up for it by sometimes doing the laundry.)
