so jennifer is moving to new york! she is doing city year in manhattan or brooklyn (she doesn't know for sure yet) for something like 8 months. which is incredibly awesome for her, but sucks for me and babbs in a way. although babbs is getting a big pro out of it- if jennifer moves out, we rent the whole house for 1200 again and babbs can move
