Keeping a food journal helps keep it off too--if you review the food pyramid and then hold yourself accountable to everything that goes in your mouth you think twice about most stuff.

YAY KITTY!!! So proud of you! Have you ever tried Bikram Yoga? It's awesome because you don't have to be flexible, the room is heated so you sweat a lot, and you tone like crazy! If you have the opportunity, jump at it! I love that you Jazzercize! Do you wear the Jane Fonda sweat band with big hair? ::MEOW::
