One of the benefits to having the first oral argument of the day is that you can crash and go home early! I couldn't really sleep last night, so came to work at 5:30am, just to go over the argument some more. Really wish I could be less type A and more relaxed like my husband, sleep and a nice, steady heart rate are good things
