*sigh* "Great Mattress Caper" sounded so much more interesting than I knew it could be in real life; I should have just kept my illusions. :)

62. When I was in elementary school, Bus Run 62 was my school bus ride home, so "62" has always meant "home" to me.

Hooray for no more crutches! I thought about you in that context the other day. Chuck was out of town, and, carrying a laundry basket of stuff so that I couldn't see, I stepped on a book that I'd left on the basement steps (so I'd remember to put it downstairs), and fell down the entire flight of stairs. Lucked out though - ended up with just a few scrapes on one foot and a bruised ego.

Yay, dancing! Have fun this weekend! My next big dancing event is Pennsic, although I realized that my changed arrival date plans (due to babysitter Mom's request) mean I won't be there to teach my Sunday class and will have to find a replacement. Luckily, it's the ECD class, so it shoudln't be too hard to find someone else to take it.

My favorite number is 5. There are lots of good 5's in my life, having been born on the 5th day of the 5th month and given a name that starts with the 5th letter of the alphabet.

Wow, an entire flight of stairs, now that is impressive. I am glad you didn't hurt yourself too much, all it took was a step to do me in, but you fought and conquered an entire flight of scary stairs! You are so right about husbands being out of town ;) I think perhaps we were both trying to do too much at full speed, or at least perhaps were going too fast with our hands full ;)

I will miss Pennsic, sadly ;( Have fun! Hopefully, we will dance together soon.
