well I have a horrible memory due to being hit by a car about 3 years ago.... if you want food to help I dont know of any... I am told things like fish are brain food though so maybe? but for me I just TRY to put things in the same place all the time (and when I dont I spend like 15 min looking for them) I make notes about things I have to do in a day planner and keep it with me always.. but other then that I dont really have any suggestions.

och, a car accident, not good :( Yeah I've heard fish is a brain food too, but I've never liked fish, so that's a big down for me. I try to keep paper and pen with me at all times, but even then most times I forget to even write stuff down. I guess I just need to get into a more definate habit of it. Thank you for commenting though ^^
That nasal spray looks like it is very powerful. May I suggest you put sellotape over your eyes before you use it, to stop them being blown out!!!! LOL

And also about your question there reallyis no food , Some fruit helps but Im a diabetic with every ailment in the world LoL I guess thats why I find your posts so Amusing lol!!! But yeah definatly get that second check on that herpes sometimes they can also confuse that with other things.well I must go I think Ill reply later but I am definatly digging he Nasal Spray dont think I have ever seen one that size *gasps* OOOOOOOOoooooooo AHHHHHhhhhh Most Amazing!

I'm great with the nasal spray, I bring it to life! And I'm ailment woman of the world too! YAY US! And I swear nasal spray should never be in a container that's the same size as yer head!
