I have found that trust is a very delicate thing, and once broken, unable to be completely regained. I guess you could say some situations call for leniency, but I would hesitate to give it.

It is indeed, and this is the second time now that someone has decided to break it....I am often too nice though, so I am still debating what I might do.

Someone once told me that many things in life are like a pane of glass. Once that glass is broken or cracked, it is much better to throw it out and get a new one rather than continue to harm yourself on the jagged edges of the old one, because no matter how hard you try, you will not be able to completely fix it.
