I'm so stressed out right now its making my stomach hurt. I broke up with Jeff last night and I ended up taking the cowards way out because I wasn't sure how he would react. He's been showing a temper that I just can't handle. When someone throws a milk jug around the kitchen because the bacon was too crispy you need help. Still I hated doing it

Whatever dude, fuck him. He seemed like a nice guy but as soon as they start to throw things when they're pissed off, it's time to leave. It just proves that he can't control his temper and it's definately better that you figured that out now rather than later when his temper gets focused on you. And leaving someone a note who can get exposively angry like that to break up with them isn't the coward's way out, it's the intelligent thing to do to ensure he doesn't hurt you('cause then we'd all be in jail for killing him for hurting you and who wants that?).

And the fact that he'd automatically assume that you're breaking up with him because there's someone else when there isn't, shows he has no respect for you. And the fact that he'll always consider his family over yours just adds to that.

Fuck him dude, if he's not going to respect you for you, fuck him.

You need to go on a mini-vacation this weekend. I will be staying at Krysta's and we (as in you and me) are going to hang out on Saturday (Krys is pre-booked with Chris stuff) just the two of us. Oh, and you need to come on an adventure with Krys and me (everyone knows how these exscurtions go) I'm not going to tell you what or where it is cause then everyone is going to wanna join.

I'll call you later this week to let you know what is up. Oh and PS, if you work Saturday, I think i might just bring down the 24 hour flu with me....heheh.
