Update on recent issue

The seller of the unauthorized fanzine of Without A Trace responded very quickly to my request and has taken the auction down. She had purchased the item with a group of other fanzines at MediaWest in May 2009 and assumed it was an actual fanzine ( Read more... )

I'm happy the auction was taken down at your request. It sounds like the seller made a legitimate mistake.

I have to wonder about whoever sold her the zine to start with, though.

I'd like to know who the hell was selling your zine at Mediawest and if it was a one-of. And I still don't like the person who was selling on eBay, her prices are a disgrace. She's selling used zines for far more than she ever paid for them, making a huge profit on other fan's work. I don't find her ethical at all and do not trust her easy explanation.
