Hey, I see you out and about walking the dogs, you aren't unable to do things for others. So now you have noticed things you can do something for you! Recognise how you feel and get on with making it better.

I found swimming a very gentle way to start exercising. Gradual change on systematic things seems to make it non-onerous. I gave up all junk food drinks for mineral water, was very easy. Small incremental changes can almost be a game to amuse yourself. Hang in there.
