Dude. I am so happy for you! You have vanquished evil! And the landlord selling the house would have been BAD BAD BAD. So yay!

Yeah. Bad would not cover it. This is a sodding expensive little town. So, yay to staying put! Especially since we just had $450 of yardwork done! (Tornado knocked trees down. Trees KEPT ON GOING. wtf.)

And they lived happily ever after. You know, sometimes, it's not being all in your face -- sometimes people do want to be nice if you give them the opportunity to be nice. Some, of course, just walk all over you, but between the landlord doing something nice for you, and the Bank letting you stay, yeah, it's been a good day, huh?
