The point of the question isn't that you'd be changing yourself. The point of it is to ask if you're a female and straight, what female would you consider switching teams for. Same with straight men and men. For instance, someone would say: "Well I'm a straight woman, but I'd do Jennifer Aniston in a heartbeat!"
