Maybe Chris could be persuaded to not smoke in the house? He can always nip out to the back yard if he needs a cig, and it would make it a hell of a lot easier for you - suspect it would be really really hard if you've got to try to maintain willpower while someone's smoking in the same room
I did notice that he didn't have his usual pre-shower fag in bed, but sloped off to the study instead. He's obviously trying not be smoking 'in my face' which is good.
I gave up without Jeff in the end. If I hadn't, it would never have happened.
He carried on smoking in the house at first, which actually helped after a while as I could smell how bad it smelled which made me even more determined not to smell like that around other people.
Jeff only quit/smoked outside when I was pregnant and the smell of smoke on him made me puke. He's now started again, but only smokes outside.
Having one person quit and smug can be quite persuasive to the remaining smoker.
