It all depends who you ask, miss. There were curious occurrences such as body swapping and suddenly winding up in different worlds. Regardless of that, I didn't find those two "events" very troublesome.

But two citizens were subject to extreme torture as punishments for breaking the 'law.'

The curfew does appear a rather peculiar measure, considering there hadn't been major disturbance.

I don't dare to venture an educated guess about the future.
