So, there has been nothing worthwhile to do during the summer. I should go get a job or something. >_>
Anyway, the rubber duck tagging event I went to yesterday was pretty fun~♪
Sadly, there's not going to be another volunteer event like that for quite a while. Boo, I really need those hours. So far I have a (pathetic) total of around 5 hours. It should really be 12 hours but I forgot to bring the volunteer form some of the events... and one of them was back in freshman year. Man, I suck.
I decided to try my hand at translating Vocaloid songs. I found a Chinese (well, Taiwanese) wiki. Oh god traditional Chinese because clearly regular Chinese isn't complicated looking enough. D: On the bright side, I think I'm getting slightly better at recognizing those damned characters. There are probably going to be quite a number of inaccuracies which could be avoided if I just learn Japanese. Buuut Japanese is hard ;_; Also, I suck.
Frankly, the only reason I'm bothering with the Chinese one is because it'd be kinda embarrassing for me to be illiterate in my native tongue. Besides, I'll probably end up taking it college anyway. Why should I not do something I like?
Finished: I don't where to post the lyrics though. And they're kinda rough D:
An Older Man - Lol, it's Len anticipating the aging-up that he will hopefully receive after Act 2.
Scrap & Build - omg Miiiiiiku ;_;
Working On:
Our 16bit War: A cool Gumi song. I'm still not too sure what it's about though.
STEP TO YOU: I love the beat. Anyway, it's apparently heartwarming... as of right now the lyrics are still a little vague though.
LABOLABO: From the same person who made ggrks. It's Len and Gakupo trying to fix their inability to get girls.
Something I saw in the charts.
It's from the same person who mad Dokidoki Yuri Gakuten. Fujoshi Gumi is adorable. :D

Other crap: The more I see people talking about healthcare, the more infuriated I get. Why the hell is it so bad to want to care for others? Baw baw baw "socialized healthcare"! We aren't invincible. Nobody is invincible and shit happens. It's stupid that so many people fall in debt because they were trying stay alive. The problems of Canada's healthcare is greatly exaggerated while the many problems that plague our own system are brushed away.I fail to understand how anyone can go keep on saying that there's nothing wrong with us. Also, Frontline's special on healthcare in other countries = love.
Whew.
