I consider myself an animal lover, not like a crazy animal lover, but i guess i try to give good quality of life to my animals. I never paid to much attention to the amount of money a person can spend on an animal until now, mainly because when growin up my parents used to pay for the vet bills and stuff so i never really got involved on that. But

hmm, I suppose $120 is too much for a hamster but as long you think the surgery will help Bombita get much better, then I say go for it.

Be it a hamster, bird, cat or dog, people will always want the best for their pets. They're part of the family after all.

I know , Dita is old... but she still has plenty of energy left, although she looks old... she used to be dark gray but now she is light gray kinda whitish, and she is loosing her fur, it's kinda sad seeing her getting old so quickly but i guess she had a good life and now she is getting to that stage in which she will be gone any day now.

awwww, how sad. :( At least she'll go in peace and isn't suffering from anything.

It's even sadder to see an animal get put down when it's so sick it won't recover.
