I need a foot massage- major bad-oh
OH!!! I had my first day at the SPCA today- it was FABULOUS
kay, so I got there 10 minutes (score!0 and everyone thinks I'm awesome. We cleaned the front cages and said hi to all the kittens and such, then cleaned the back cages, and the cat room all together- moped- etc. I did some dishes reallyquick, laundry, and then did the way way back cages in the stray room (those cats are SO cute.)
Alyssa is hilarious, and really nice. She was the one who trained my this morning, and she was really thorugh and I feel like I know how to do a lot of things, which is great for just a first day :o). However, I'm egtting the "let's take it home" feeling already- because I'm having to clean everyones litter boxes and it's NASTY sometimes- because all of our cats have U.R.I.'s and they have to be on a specifac diet, lots of wet food and Doxie (a pill) so they get yucky poop - Brett calls in wettail, the SPCA calls in butterbutt (hahahaha)
Crystal gave me a whole crap load of more hours, too- WOOHOO- and I get piad this very thursday- which rules.
I picked up some new sprts bras for work and a pair of scrubs pants in navy blue - I can wear those, how aweseome is THAT - they're liek PJs
I'm about to go take a bath and soak my aching feeties - :o)
