How can AAI have issues with a localization it doesn't have? Or is this the issue in question?

That is precisely the issue. The vice-president of Capcom is still pushing for a localisation to be released, but there are absolutely no certainties at this point and I want to play that game, dammit, even if I've already spoiled myself to death.

And yes, I did! Very enjoyable. :3

Oh, wow, you're actually interested? Um... I never know how to start talking about it. Honestly, it's a universe that still needs a lot of polish, especially the first part of the story...

Oh, yes, it's been very successful.

It's a dark magical girl anime. That's as much as I can say without spoiling it. Kyubey (that's the thing's name!) is the obligatory adorable mascot.
