Hey, poodles!
I can't believe I'm here in UK already for two weeks. We are right in the middle. Still two weeks left. What can I say? I really love it here in England. I love all these small houses with beautiful doors, hills, ocean, cliffs and, of course, the lovely, kind and friendly people. Oooh, yes, that is the best thing about this whole programme. Tom, the guy who teaches us the book binding process, is a really cool British person who has a band called Black Friday, AND he and his wife are owners of the so called Little Egret Press. The building, where he has his press is a very old, little, BEAUTIFUL school house (which he attended when he was six). We made big journal-like books today. They, seriously, look royal! I will take some photos when I get back to Latvia, because it's something too amazing. By the way, another great thing about Tom - he also writes, makes and illustrates his own books! So, it's not only about commissions!
