That's terrible. I'm sorry the stress has gotten to that point, and I wish there was an easy solution. I think the easiest thing to do, while searching for the next thing, is to incorporate little bits of happiness into your day somehow, and not just when you're at work

I do have a pic on my desk of when Ben first took me flying. I try to glance at that every once in a while, but sometimes I get so wrapped up, I forget its there. I tried using my phone more at work, even though its against the rules, but I need to talk to people to make me happier. I did it today & it definitely kept me more positive than I have been in weeks.
My sleep has been shitty for a long time, but now It's just getting worse. I've had sleep problems since I was in late middle school, but its always different factors. Now It seems like it's only stress thats rendering me sleepless.
I think what I really have to do is get out of this situation as soon as possible. I'm sorry you were in a shitty situation too. I wish no one had to feel like we have/do, but I just hope I can learn from all of this & move on gracefully.
