I am nervous about the interview with the reporter today. So nervous that I caught myself double checking things through the Mayor’s Office in regards to our house. Someone this morning told me I better have my building permit handy to show the reporter. I freaked because I was with the understanding there was not a permit needed. So I called the

You're so funny, Cyndi. Don't be nervous! It WILL turn out fine!!
Speaking strictly from a reporter's viewpoint, I'd say they want to write a story on you all because you're doing what so many of us probably OUGHT to be doing but aren't! Talk about being ecological and energy conserving! Whoa! You've set the bar very high just on those two issues alone.
I think what you're doing is marvelous and I'm sure people will be very interested in knowing how you manage on a day to day basis.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: I'm incredibly PROUD of you!! I don't think the average person could do what you guys are doing. We're all far too spoiled!

The average person CAN do what we have done, heh, we are average people! Or at least I'm pretty average. Cyndi is like WAY beyond average in such things and is an inspiration to us all ;)

You two are doing what most of us, probably including that reporter, wish we had the courage to do. What's to be nervous about? Going green is trendy these days (I hope that doesn't ruin the vibe for you).
