Yesterday was Chris’ birthday. We are facing something very hard right now. But we will make it through it together regardless. I laid down in the lower yard with Chris yesterday evening. The leaves covered the ground underneath the sycamore tree. We met one of our neighbors last night. I was not as painful as I imagined it would be. He is 81 years old. I miss certain things. Yesterday evening Chris and I walked around part of the property. We walked hand in hand around the 5 acre field where the house is. In those moments together, we talked about our future and the future plans we have. We picked out the place for our vegetable garden and I will have Don turn the ground over in the next few weeks. Been bad sick for a week now. I was out of work for 4 days last week. No way to update and not feeling like it anyway. I could not call anyone because I had no way to charge the cell at home. I am going to send out a few emails this morning and will update on here with some pics by the end of the day.
