A Pile of Kittens

Jun 19, 2010 20:38

On having to return my beloved Peddy Boom Booms, I told my mother that I would make her rue the day I was made to return the coolest cat in town.  When I dropped Pedro off at the shelter, I asked if they had anything that they needed fostered.  The lady was like “AHH!!! I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!” because she’d been trying to get these kittens out all day. ( Read more... )

Nothing warms up a cold evening like a post containing gratuitous kitten pictures! (Not to mention bonus stories of adorable kitten misadventures.) I loved the stories of kittens getting stuck in strange places or dancing about on car roofs, not to mention the photos of kittenness. The close-up of two kittens was my absolute favourite, but it was closely followed by the pile of kittens on the desk at the start.

I'm so glad they've all found themselves homes.

Thanks for commenting :) You're right, it's nice to know people are reading.

I get so carried away with my pictures. It's actually really hard to take photos of kittens, they're too busy running around to pose cutely. I now have great respect for people who take the photos for those cute kitty posters. AND not only were there gratuitous kitten pictures... I also got to include the Doctor. A good post all round !

Things I love about this post:

1. The chance to look at pictures of my good friends Mario, Starbuck and Teeny.

2. The chance to see a picture of the original Starbuck from Battlestar Galatica - I know you tell me that I will love this show but I still haven't watched it.

3. The awesome acceptance of our geekness - You know its one of the many reasons that I love you.

4. Being able to revisit the Doctor Who episode "Gridlock" I loved this episode the first time I saw it. Such a funny ep!! I also found it funny when she showed the kitten the sunlight. It was just such a ridiculous situation that it couldn't be taken seriously.

5. AND The inclusion of very cute pictures of David Tennant (aka The beset Doctor )

The end

Well, if you think David Tennant is the "beset" Doctor, then I think what you're *trying* to say is that you agree with me that Matt Smith is the best Doctor.

Maybe I should assign you more 'homework' for the holidays. You totally need to watch BSG! But maybe that will be summer holidays homework coz it's quite epic.

Smarty pants!! I agree that Matt Smith is doing a very fine job of being the Doctor... lets just wait and see how he goes before we start labeling him. At the moment he has some pretty awesome shoes to fill - David was by far the best doctor! (haha or beset)
