Today is the first Sunday of Advent. So today officially begins the Christmas season in Denmark. Without the whole American Thanksgiving "Wait until the turkey is gone to think about Christmas" rule, they have to rely on the church, so they wait until now to really pull the decorations out. That's right. It's November 20th. And 2 degrees celcius. And it's snowing! WHOO HOO! Granted, I know that this snow is not going to last too long because it's barely coating the ground now. But still. I am excited that I got to see snow before I left. Options for today: Work on speech while watching the snow, or Christmas shopping. Tough

So I made a successful trip to and from Oslo, Norway this week. It was a blast.
