With the exception of ABC Family (Full House, Boy Meets World, etc.) television in the middle of the day is almost always a loss. But I think you have to keep in mind the target audience when you watch some of it. One commercial I saw was for an ab-crunch machine. You bu this machine, do 24 crunches with it, and you have the perfect 90-second ab

I'm glad you excluded ABC Family, since, as you know, it is the single greatest television network of all time. I make a point to watch it at least 3 hours each day.
