The Great Repeal Bill: Campaign to include the Digital Economies Act

Um... Does such a thing exist? And if not, does anyone know of any organisations planning to found such a campaign

My dear friend katie, who ran for LD in Greenwich, works for Open Rights Group. These are the people who protested against it, and are working to repeal it now.

Douglas Carswell MP linked the following on his site some time ago:

It seems to get around 10 edits a day, so obviously /someone/ cares.

I emailed my new MP about it, but he hasn't gotten back to me (yet?).

I'm rather hoping that should such a bill emerge into existence that it will touch upon the extreme porn related clauses in the C&J and CJ&I Acts, which have about as much evidence in favour of them as laws against filesharing.

I worry a lot about much of the terror/police-related legislation brought in by our red overlords, too.
