Huh. And here I thought it was that the ATF shipped guns to Mexico so they could track the shipment to the gun traders, except they were morons who put a Dollar Store Radio Shack tracker on the shipment which died five days in. Which is slightly less moronic and only equally astounding because it actually happened.
