I second the above, I'm impressed with how much you achieve (and how expressively) with so few words! Wings + Walls, this was awesome.

For Sam, it’s just another facet of medical treatment. Dean sees that intent look in his eyes that he’s seen so often before while they’re patching each other up after a bad hunt, feels that same aura of calm concern.

It’s different for Dean. He can’t be calm when Castiel’s down, can’t swallow down his emotions and just focus on getting him better. So it’s a relief to have Sam here, giving instructions, gentle but firm ( ... )

And a flare of something that ought to be disgust but is actually a whole lot more like jealousy burns through Dean. Which is weird. It’s not like he wants to have his fingers up an angel’s ass, is it? The fingers withdraw, and Dean politely averts his eyes from the sight of his brother donning a condom. He grabs for Cas’s knee instead, brings it up and over his own hip so Sam will have an easier job.

Castiel’s mouth opens in a silent scream when Sam starts working his dick into him. Dean’s always tried not to pay much attention, but living in such close quarters for most of their lives it would be practically impossible for him not to have noticed at some point that Sam’s dick, like the rest of him, is over-sized. Cas isn’t complaining, though, he’s already growling for more, more, more. Dean shuts him up with another bruising kiss, because it’s less gay if it’s not all girly-gentle, right ( ... )
