I woke up at 4am this morning to go to work and drove for 20 minutes to bloomington only to walk in and find that I've been removed form the schedule. Completely blacked out, like a 5 year old had taken a sharpy and colored all over the peice of paper except that he only managed to scribble out the shifts related to me. i've decided to try meditating on a regular basis. Besides the obvious benefits, there has also been talk about it actually increaseing overall awareness, concentration and attention over time. Well it's worth a shot.
