why am i awake?

i am tired and i have physical therapy in the morning. cuz my back is messed up again.
i feel crazy and super freaked out right now. cuz it's the middle of the night and i am scared. and so fucking sick of this cycle of back pain.

could a huge pile of money please fall from the sky so i can stop working so damn hard.
