In September's lead role, he gives an enthusiastic performance of a man with an adult's worries in a love triangle.
"My ideal image of a man? In regards to my work, I guess it's a sincere person.
But, it's not just my work, in my private time as well, it seems that I enjoy being that person to,
that is my admired "man".
My agency's senior Fukuyama Masaharu is my ideal! I look up to him.
However busy I am, if a day ends and all I did was work, I think I kinda don't want this. (laughs)"
In the drama 'You told me all the important things' (Fuji TV, monday at 9 pm), he challenges a
role of a teacher who is 5 years older than his actual age.
This time, in a love triangle with a student and his fiancee, the role of having 'true love'
tested will be hard...
"Whatever I say about 'real love', the 20-year-old me has no credibility but, I admire earnest love.
Genuinely loving one another, you can respect each other, I want to try that love.
I also have a desire to get married.
I want to do it before I'm 30. Waiting until just before then is my hope...(laughs)
Sometime, along with my children, smiling, like surrounding the dining table, if I can build that
kind of warm family, I think it would be nice."
